    Sharing my Comcast experience.... Jesus... help me.

    Well, i upgraded my business line to a 75/15 back in march 2014.

    The line never got those speeds so i contacted them. They sent the same tech 6 times. he even told me he has no clue why the keep sending him when he puts in to elevate to a higher tech.

    So.... it never gets fixed and then over 8 no call no shows from the next techs.

    I call them again and i said what level tech needs to come. Then they tell me... Hey, we need to send the basic tech first.... i almost killed them.

    Then that basic tech never showed again...

    Then i decided to leave a snide remark on their service on their facebook in november 3rd.

    the 3rd of december they ask me to PM them, so i did and this is what has fallowed.

    so what to do.





    i wrote on a post of yalls in November, i got contacted on the 9th of December. Now the 12th of Jan... and 2 no call no shows from the techs later.....







    This shit sucks.....
