How do i block people's IP from my network?

As titile mentions, im in a house with some other, got a router here for internets etc.

But some biach is downloading all day so i want to remove her IP from our internet.

Now how do i go on doing something like this? I dont pay for the internet so i'm not admin or anything , so we'll need a way arround that.

I've managed to trace down the MAC address wich belongs to her, so next step is...?

Go ask your roommate to throttle her torrents or to not do it so much. What are you expecting to happen? Do you think that when her computer can't get on the internet, she's just going to give up and never use the internet again, problem solved?

Use the administration tool inside your router to block the internet at the times you request to the mac/ip address you desire.
