Paypal question

I'd like to know the following:

I have a paypal account with a fair amount of money on it,Is it possible to send my money to my friend's (He has a credit card)'s account?Mind I do not have any credit card,just the money and paypal info,And if this doesn't work could i verify my paypal acount using his Visa card which is already registered to his account?

Hope to have replies soon as I want to turn my paypal cash into real money and buy something nice

you can easily send money to his account by sending the money to his Paypal email addy. And no once his card his used on his PP acc it cannot be used on any other.
