No Avatar?

Hi all,

I read the OwnedCore Handbook thread here: http://www.ownedcore.com/forums/gene...-handbook.html and it provides the following link to change your avatar: http://www.ownedcore.com/forums/prof...?do=editavatar

When I visit this link, a radio button that says "Do not use an avatar" is selected and there are no other options for me to select or change. Am I not able to change my avatar until I reach a certain reputation level or something similar? Just wondering.
