[Question] html/php coded forum or anything like that. Help!

    Hello!!

First of i start with what i kinda want.

I want a forum/website or such to share my idéas about some games i'm going to make in the future, Flash games and such small games. Will maybe work on something bigger.

I want it to be like html and php codes or anything like that so i can host it with Wampserver/Apache/MySql and ye Home Host, For a Start!
Forum may be edit able and such with admin panel and such.

Anyone might know anything like this or maybe know where i can get something like that?

    thanks!!
