so, my question is, if im transfering a char from one account too another, besides last names match, what do i hav too look for so i dont get the ban hammer? and input is good

If you are transfering from an account YOU own to an account YOU own. You need:

E-mail Match
Adress Match
First Name Match
Last Name Match
