Need virus help

I have something on my computer keylogging my WoW account passwords and probably many other things. Im not sure what it is or how to diagnose it but I do have my PalPal info on my computer so I am quite scared of them getting hold of that.

Whats the best software to get rid of this asap? Fast answers are extremely appreciated!

Unless you have knowledge of registry info, download three programs. An anti-virus I suggest AVG (probably need to get the trial) Malwarebytes (free) and Hijack-this.. Malwarebytes and avg are typical and easy to use. Once you download Hijack-This copy the log and send it to me via PM or just post here and I will tell you what to remove via the program.

Edit: Also get an Authenticator they are great.
