How to start-up a gold selling site

Just wondering if theres a common CMS (Content Management System) that companies use for their websites as most like a-like... I figured there has to be one somewhere.

Also, I realize most gold selling sites don't actually do it in-house, they outsource to a third party supplier. Does anyone know of any companies that'll do this?
