I need some help this is why i put in general chat but. I have trouble sleeping since i stay up so late.
I go to sleep at 6-8 Am then i wake up at like 4-5Pm i cant get out of this cause i cant sleep at a regular time because i wake up so late which means my hunger is all messed up i eat at 6 hour i wake up then get hungry in night which is not good. I need advice how to get my body back on track.
Edit: Aswell i cant go to sleep because i have so much energy from wakeing up late
