Still no Donator rank?

I've ordered the donator rank by donating for 6 months 3 days ago and still don't have the rank?

Sorry if this is the wrong section but couldn't rly find a "forum" topic to ask forum related questions.

Have you set it in your control panel to show as a Donator?

Well it's been over a week now and I still didn't get the rank. I'm gonna contact Kurios about this and hope it gets fixed real soon. Otherwise I have no choice but to charge back the money because I only have a limited time to do so.
