    I replied in shoutbox but you must have just logged off. Yes there should be an option under 'Appearance' like in mine:



    If that's not what you see I suggest upgrading and making sure you are with their newest patch (3.3 or something around that).

    Otherwise you can add plugins manually like described in here.
