Can not add a picture to my signature

For some strange reason I cant upload any image to the site, I tried both methods, uploading from a site or directly from my HD, both failed now I am out of ideas. The picture in question is 370x100 .jpg 15.7KB, I tried in .png format but I failed. Any light in this matter?

goto: ImageShack® - Online Media Hosting upload the picture, when its uploaded go rightclick on the picture, than view picture then you take the URL of the website copy it, goto your MMOwned Signature Editor and write:
[img]URLTOYOURSIG[./IMG]

without the "."
