Anyways about 3 weeks into my psychology class we took these overall tests after studying a bit on the people behind it, how it started and what they researched etc.
I took this as truly as I could under the mindset of day to day living and project management. Considering it is course work derived from delving into values, morals, & ethics with such people as Massey, Kohlberg, Gilligan, Freud + others.

If a deeper explanation than what that site can give you, I'd be happy to share my lecture notes on the MBTI. I can't give direct links to some sources as they are academically leased only (IE: username/passworded).

If you do decide to participate please don't alter your content fields, don't try to skew the results to fit in for some reason, this is not a stereotyping test. It's for a basic grasp on your personality and how interaction with others are affect able.
If you do share, drop it into the format above, it'll be interesting to see the range of some MMownedians. Some of which through the shoutbawx and posting history are easy to discern.
