Help possibly for reactivating Facebook?

I get stressed very easily, and every week or so I clear my private data (Firefox history, cache, cookies, ect.). So, I went to facebook to log in but every time I clear my private data and log in, it asks me for the name of my computer (Which always annoyed me.) and so, I was so stressed and annoyed at the time I just typed in "****U(mynickname)" and after that I was unable to log into my account, and still am.

Every time I attempt to log into my FB account, I get this message.

Account Disabled

I look on the internet and all this shit but they all say the same thing. Either "Just re-log back into your account and it will be reactivated." or "Just go to the FAQ page and look up your problem to find out what e-mail address you should contact." and when I go there... every time I click something it leads me to something else, and on and on and on and its basically a loop of bullshit that I'd never get to some "Contact" address.

Someone please help, what e-mail or w/e do i contact?
