Help with videos

Could anyone help me with this?

Quality loss:
GOM Player
Media Player Classic
Media Player Classic - Cinema Viewer
VLC Media Player

Screen tearing:
Windows Media Player (Fullscreen)

Tried updating K-Lite and tried it without the K-Lite codecs, no difference :X
Edit: Tried XP Codec pack, same stuff.
Edit2: OK Managed to have WMC display proper output but it suffers from terrible video hiccups D: Been playing with VSync to fix but no luck thusfar

Edit4: ok, returned it all to default and am now back with WMC having good output but hiccup
Also noticed that if I change an option while having a video open, it'll run smooth untill I close/open it again :S
