"An exceptional movie!"
Hello all and thanks for taking some time to read my brief commentary on this film!
This is the first time I've
ever felt the urge to push a movie to people their attention.
I hope this alone gives you slight sense of curiousity.
"Storyline"
This is my first commentary ever and I'm determined to be as vague as possible.
As such, I'll keep this brief.
The story start out very calm as it shows you the main character growing up in just a few minutes and then starts to take it's time as it transfers from the past to the present.
This is very well executed.
About an hour into the movie I felt myself to be dissapointed I found several acts to be predictable and prior to this they had only shown one occasion where they 'tricked' me with this.
What I realised further on however is that through this they placed me further into the persona of the main character through this.
Every film has a villain of some sort and this was no exception.
I'd very much like to tell you my intake on this but after brainstorming I can't find a way to clearify what I mean without spoiling the end.
I'M UNDER THE ASSUMPTION THAT YOU READ THIS AFTER HAVING VIEWED THE FILM!!
If you're anything like me you too where probably sitting on the tip of your chair half way into this movie, desperatly trying to talk to the characters into doing/not doing several things.
It was especially at the end where the goth girl was seeing both the safe being dumped aswell as seeing susy in the fields that I couldn't help but shout "PLEASE, TELL THE GUY TO STOP HIM!" -from dumping the safe and escaping justice.
And was greatly dissapointed when he appeared to have escaped his faith, with the rather 'lame' ending of icepickle breaking, off the hill he goes.
I simply think it'd of made a slightly better movie if the girl gave in to her abnormality and had forced the man to open the safe, at the same time allowing the police to seal of the area; bring justice; proper burial ect ect.
But that's just my opinion.

"Graphics"
This was the intial trigger that made me want to share this with you, well, I actually wanted to post it in the graphics area untill I realised the brilliance in all aspects of this film, not just graphics.
Needless to say, they are
amazing.
I'll post a few screencaps of them at the bottom, but they might spoil some scenes..
Uhm..
If you look at the cover, you can expect an even better quality throughout this film; to give you an idea. :-)
"Audio"
It's not that I'm tired of writing, It's just that I'm a total noob when it comes to the inobvious points.
The background music has been great, it was some effects like a 'high pitch' tone to emphasize a sad scene that I missed here and there.
My overall description of the audio would be that its 'natural', it's a standard films have these days that is just expected to be found and this film did as great as any other.
"Closing comment"
This may have been a terrible review, but I care not.
I just wanted to share this amazing movie with you and hope next time you 'walk into a movie store' (:-P) you'll be encouraged to add this to your pile.
Thanks for reading and enjoy!
