What do you think about these PC Components

hey guys. I will see my paycheck soon and then I'm going to buy new PC Parts. What do you think of those I've chosen:

Kingston HyperX DIMM 4 GB DDR3-1333 Kit
Thermaltake Shark (Case)
AMD Phenom II X6 1055T (CPU)
Asus M4A785TD-V EVO (MoBo)
Diverse CoolIT Systems ECO Advanced Liquid Cooling (Obviously CPU Cooling)

Tell me what you think and if I maybe should use something else!

The coolIT cpu block has a nasty block that shows temp, and it will be blocking any side window fan.
Id go for the cosair H50, its works better and looks better.

Rest is nice and will run anything
