Is this possible in EU? and does blizzard need paper and proof for this? since my friend is quitting wow and he has a imba warrior id like to have on my account.

I believe 2 ID's of the married people with the same surname. Not sure tho.

Yeah you need to send the the mariage certificate. a copy

You could always make a fake one using a PSD or something
