1: i give a 8/10 cuz its a bit dark and u cant see text much
2: i give a 8/10 also its text is a bit small(to tiny for me) and idk..to me the render seems to plain or to small itself
thats just me but they are both good =)

1st one is like 9/10 imo, "dark"/grungy-ish stuff it the sexehness. And cause it has some character from spiderman(I think) who I forgot's name.

Second one's background is pretty cool, but the whole video game character and "heavenly" effect is too overused.
