Paypal blocking me?

Hey, recently i've been trying to access paypal and haven't been able to, it's been like this for 4 months now. I'm from denmark, and it seems like no matter which spot i am in denmark, it's blocked.

Although, if i go use a proxy and try to access paypal, then i get there..

Any ideas?

1. Clear your cookies and cache.
2. Try a different web browser.
3. Check your windows (assuming you have windows) host file for entries regarding Paypal and delete them if there are any.
4. Make sure your computer is free of viruses.
5. Try to access Paypal from a friend or neighbor's computer.
6. If all else fails, call your ISP and tell them the problem.
