Taking parts of videos

I was wondering, how can I take part of a video like says it's 20 minutes long, I only want 5 minutes in the middle.

I am trying to get the clip from Family Guy Blue Harvest, when they get on the deathstar and are like "act cool" and they do the funny walk.

I am doing a vocab presentation on nonchalant and this seemed perfect.

Or if anyone can find that clip for me that would be cool to.

its made by microsoft, should be able to download it free from them.

Ok Movie Maker doesn't work for Vista, it comes in XP service pack, or you need to get a disk, and I don't have time to wait for a disc so any other ideas
