    Scammed a guy with Moneybookers...

Alright, so i sold my account to a guy using Moneybookers. He gave me money, i gave him acc info. Then i took the account back later, cause i missed my chars ^^. Is there anything he can do to get his money back? He contacted moneybookers, and they sent me an email, saying that i should confirm delivery of goods/services within 5 business days. What if i don't answer?
He seems pretty angry though, and i'm going to give the money back, as i feel kinda sorry for him.

Money call back are rare with moneybookers but if you dont reply they will take his money back and ban your account, so get it sorted.

Do Moneybookers really have the power to give him the money back, even though i withdrew all of it to my bank account?

    lol nothing m8.

Did you have intention to scam him or did you really "Miss" your chars?

You should have known that if you recall your account it leaves him out of pocket and account-less.

I would just message who ever bought your account and explain to them what happened. honesty is the best policy (Unless your a scammer)

I really do miss my chars, but that's not the question i asked.

    Quote from my last posts:
"Is there anything he can do to get his money back? He contacted moneybookers, and they sent me an email, saying that i should confirm delivery of goods/services within 5 business days. What if i don't answer?"

    and also:

If there is enough evidence, any site such as Moneybookers or individuals such as the one you 'sold' the account to, can take the information to the authorities and have criminal charges filed against for fraud sales/ theft or whatever they deem is the proper illegal action.

Assuming you used paypal, they can give you a negative balance and will send you letters, make phone calls and can also get the law involved.

Recalling an account like 1-2 years after you sell it is 1 thing.

Recalling an account a few days after you sell it is just a bad idea.

Do you know what evidence is required? An MSN log etc. could easily be faked, so i doubt that is sufficient evidence, or?
