Hello I was wondering could someone please post a way to get a fake bank or CC that would work so i can set up a pay pal. Thanks also If you would be willing to give me an account I'll talk terms with you so we can both win.

You can't use fake bank or cc details. That is stupid purely by theory. It validates by making a small 1$ (roughly) purchase and then asking you to check your bank statement for the invoice number.

there are several ways of doing this

you can go get a VCC from many of the sites online

you can also get a prepaid CC from wal-mart. u can use the credit card number part to verify a CC on the paypal.. and use the direct deposite info to verify the bank account part.. hello legit verified paypal

Yeah just get a reloadable green dot card. As long as you make it a "temporary" card, which means you can't reload it, they don't ask for your ID number of your SSN.

Just use Aussie paypal, they still work....
