    FL Studio

Hey, guys, recently downloaded FL Studio again for like the 5th time, I always end up removing it because it takes too much freaking time to get something sounding good. Now I have checked alot of tutorials for help and inspiration but at every movie I see the piano roll has this "magnetic" tool or something and the notes they draw stick to the squares very easy while mine doesnt stop anywhere making it very hard to get the beats to sound perfect anyone have a clue what the problem is and how to fix it?

well, I guess this post was a bit silly since I just found out even though I have tried for ages... For you who for some reason want to know, just push the grid and then push Line / Cell and it will "Snap to Line/Cell" easy peasy obviously

First and foremost FL Studio is kinda useless unless you acquire VST plugins which normal cost money but you can find them online/torrent sites. I suggest a couple being: Hypersonic & Rewired.

That tutorial is showing you something called "Piano Roll", you can click on each instrument panel on the left and click send to piano roll.

    Anything else buckwheat?
