Big problem with paypal *pics*

Before you continue reading, note that I tried searching all over the place, and couldn't find anything. I posted this here because I respect the MMOWNED community, and i'm sure that if any tricks or ways around this exist, you guys would know.

Guys, I need your help. I'm at the point, where I would beat down a paypal representative if he was infront of me. I've never been so frustrated in my entire life when it comes to dealing with a company.

i'll skip all the stupid retarded stuff and get to the point.

1)I live in Kuwait (middle east), paypal accounts here are restricted from receiving money (rofl), so I made an Emirati account (country right next to me).

2) I bought a virtual credit card registered it in my name, and registered it in Kuwait, aka VCC, and bound it to my emirati account. Everything works, I got the 4 digit paypal code and input it, and my account got verified.

3) At this point I assumed that everything should be ok, and that these money sucking ****ers would allow me to make my purchases - boy was I wrong.

4) I can't buy anything, because I get this retarded error:

5) I tried calling them, they say they don't recognize my phone number. I tried emailing them, and they don't reply with anything constructive, just some automated bullshit that doesn't help.

Did you try adding a bank account?

If not , then go to the scamming section in the forums and there is a guide on how to add a bank account to your paypal

Try that to see if it helps

Unike American, British, or Canadian paypal accounts, an Emirati one doesn't require a bank account linked to it in order to use it.

Basically my account is not restricted in anyway because of a bank account.

try upgrading your paypal to a premier account, i honestly have no idea but that would be the first thing id try. Your account is verified so it shouldnt be trying to limit you.

I agree with Nod, my account is premiere and business (I think...). I know for a fact it is Premiere.

Hey there,

My best bet is, make a Skype account and upload 5€ or 10€ and call them, that way they won't know you're calling from Kuwait. Then ask them why the **** they aren't letting you purchase anything.

I had this EXACT same problem and it got fixed after 1 day of making a phone call through Skype.

Thanks alot guys, I really appreciate it.

I do think the problem is because of the fact that the account is Emirati, and my credit card is registered to Kuwait (2 different countries).

I finally read a post about somebody with the same problem. He said that he had to call them too.

Anyways, i'm just frustrated that they didn't specifically outline the problem.

I'm just going to tell them that I live in Kuwait, and am a student in an emirati university and travel back and forth a lot, hence why I have a Kuwaiti credit card and Emirati registered account.

Think that'll work?

Yeah, probs just the account type as PayPal varies for each country on what people can do with em. Try fully verifying it, then it may work for ya.
