New in Gmail: Undo Send!

Heres a handy new feature from Gmail Labs, you are able to undo a sent email within 5 seconds of sending it.

Many times we forget to add attachments, notice a spelling mistake or forgot to add something in the email. New in Google Labs is an add-on to your account that can undo the email you just sent, with a limit of five seconds, allowing you to go back and re-edit the email you previously just sent.

Turn on Undo Send in Gmail Labs under Settings, and you’ll see a new “Undo” link on every sent mail confirmation. Click “Undo,” and we’ll grab the message before it’s sent and take you right back to compose.
