Question on Fake E-mailer

Ok, I know this should probably be in the scams section, but it says [NO QUESTIONS HERE], so whatever..

I wanted to know if there are any fake e-mailers out there that let the victim REPLY to the e-mail. Everytime I use a site like Evil Page, the victim will get an email from [email protected] (Or whatever I choose), but when they reply, the e-mail just dissappears!

Is there any fake e-mailer that will allow them to reply to me?

(I'd rather not make a fake e-mail at hotmail, or g-mail or anything, it looks less legit.)
