Well I was thinking...

What if you SOMEHOW (wink) get into an account. and it has lots of money.

And you make a lvl 1 alt, put linen cloth up for 1000G and go on the "hacked" account to buy it for 1000g and you get the money.

Would it be called hacking/itemstealing or bannable? Will they track down IP?

Because this person gave me her account info and shes pissed off at me and hates me...and she forgot i know her account info...And im evil... >

Well first off i have to say congradulations on thinking different from others because most people will just mail all that money to themselves and get banned doing what you are thinking is the best choice. Remember blizzard can trace trades. this is highly bannable however they wont trace your ip down -_- they just ban you and thats it. In my opinion your safest best choice is to go on trade channel and spam free gold and give people 1g to like 5-10 people then all of it to your alt.

oh man i remember i did the gift wrap scam got some guy for 800g my noobness sent it to my main through the mail i didnt get ban it was weird instead the next day i logged on all my gold was gone and so was my epic mount. i never knew what happened I guess a gm had his way with me?

You spelt congratulations wrong, if you spelt it the way you said it, it would be 'congrads'.

But yeah, make an auction on your main, 1000g, use a proxy and log into other account, buy out the item, take proxy back off and gather the money.

You don't want it to look your main is using the same proxy as the hacked account, that would totally ruin the entire reason for using the proxy.
