Reporting scammers to Chinese authorities

I've read that the Chinese police investigates thousands of frauds each year related to online games and shut down many .cn goldseller domains because they are used to fraud.

Does anybody have the contact information of the appropriate authorities? If I drop their names in a conversation with a scamming goldseller/powerleveler, perhaps I could benefit?
