    building a computer

    im building my own computer and now ive come to ordering parts im wondering which motherboard would be the best for gaming...so im shopping off this site (Motherboards, Computer Motherboards, Cheap Motherboards, CPU Motherboard Combos, at Geeks.com) and im looking for one thats fairly cheap but still works for gaming. any suggestions and twocents to put in would be nice!

    Depends on how much you are looking to spend, try going for an intel Motherboard as they don't get as hot, also try get a 2 cores or more..
    CPU around 2.6+ And for a graphic card a good one would be a 8600GT this will play the latest games. Ram you should be looking at around 2GB+. The rest should be pretty easy to sort out.

    MSI P6N SLI Platinum Socket 775 ATX MB w/Core 2 Quad Support - 44.99$

    Or

    Intel DQ35MP iQ35 Socket 775 mATX MB w/Quad Core Support - 77.50$

    If you have the money, you could go even higher.

    J&W JW-P45D2-ULTRA Intel P45 + ICH10R Socket 775 ATX MB w/SND & LAN 124.99$ (not dual)
