Need help installing FSX Deluxe

Hey, Toxicity12 shared a cracked version of FSXD with me, and I need help installing it, My first time installing in this way; Well the PM contained the following instructions:
1. Unpack
2. Mount or burn the .iso files
3. Install
4. Skip the license wizard during instalation
5. Unrar crack.rar from /razor1911 dir found on DVD2 to your install path
A big box with rapidshare files ending in .rxx (xx being a number) and a last one with .rar

I am not a total noob to extreme of not knowing what a .rar is but I'm not sure about how to install this (E.g. Do I need to download all .rxx one by one?), help will be appreciated.
