Help - Paypal kinda urgent

So, I sold my account on accounts.com and got paid.
I now have $68 on the account but when I try to buy something it asks me to add a new credit card.
My only guess is I have to verify the account.
My paypal account isn't linked to any bank because I dont live in the USA, I just used my uncle's adress.
So I have my name with my uncless adress and I can't change the name.

Please help me either get my money or account back before it's too late.

If I add a credit card to the account will it use my pay pal balance instead of the credit card?


I have another paypal account with a credit card, but it doesn't let me send money until it's verified, Isnt this the same if I'm buying something? will I need to be verified to use my balance even with a credit card?

If you add your credit card and spend $68 then the money will come out of your paypal only, if you spend $70 then $68 comes from your paypal and $2 from your credit card.
