Exploration Movie

I am Trying to Create an Exploration Movie Alltho i can do Fine in Game i got Problems with the Editing :P TBH with you i cant do shit :P
I need Help in these things if anyone want to help feel free

the Files that fraps gives me is like 2G Long. is there a way to make the smaller ?(and what format are they it just says fraps :S)


Is there a program less Complicate than Sony Vegas (or a tutorial for the basics like how to conect the parts :P) ?

when i manage to Edit the movie Ill Post a Youtube link here I discovered 3 new places by my self dunno if anyone been there before (wont tell you what place wait for the vid :P)
