This forum is awesome im just not understanding how to use Mangos lol

Hey im trying to host a 1.12.1 Mangos wow server with the platinum. ive gotten the server all set up and everything but i can ONLY use Localhost or 127.0.0.1, i set up a no-ip site mplsfunserver.no-ip.org im not sure what to do with it and i want to make my server a public server can ANYone help ive been tryin to figure it out for about 2 months and its really pissing me off lol please email me at [email protected] Thankx!

umm all i can think of is wherever you have 127.0.0.1 you need to put your no-ip domain. so i guess in realmlist.wtf and XXXXXX.wtf (<--bunch of numbers) you put the no-ip domain. you put it somewhere else too, i just cant remember atm. Oh, i dont know if mangos is different, so i may be totally wrong. sorry if i am =/

this needs to be in how to create a server, i guess. dunno where else it would go :P

ive tried that but it doesnt work when i go to the no-ip site it times out and when i go to localhost it says it is the wrong pw or seomthing.

Do you update your no-ip? YOu must run a programm on your PC or configure your router to hold no-ip up2date (everytime your ip changes)
