Help CHanging IP or Something....

So basically, I got IP Banned from Markee Dragon because someone here gave out alot of Markee Account names and I got banned.

I don't know how to change my IP. I have tried a few things from random people trying to tell me what to do.

I don't know if I have a Dynamic IP or what. If there is some way to figure that out, I can do that. I am basically epic fail at all technical stuff.

Any help is Greatly Appreciated.

Considering Tor uses IP's from all around the globe, it is kind of slow.

But yes, it does get the job done.

Some Router have fixed Ip's so you can't change it. In this case you should use a proxy like tor,
Otherwise restart your router.
