Turns out this works...BUT you will NEVER get bellow 400+ ping so i would suggest just switching servers...it isn't worth it at ALL. +rep still

Good and fast proxies are pretty hard to find. Usually they are behind a normal ADSL or Cable internet connection which is why they have such a high ping.
