Blizzard can't ip ban you, but some people think they tag your IP after a ban.

Very nice. You can probably use this to vote a lot for a <Insert Game Private Server Here> on a site like xtremetop100, do that if you just change your IP @ Network Connections or whatever it is. +Rep!
