when i run vidalia im getting this weird thing, btw everything else works, but i can't click add new identity im guessing because the ToR is yellow not green so any idea on how to fix this?

alright don't even bother checking i fixed it, my microsoft one care was acting up and i restarted my computer and allowed it to the internet and now it works fine, thank you SOOO much.

Blizzard is not allowed to IP ban you. So no, you will never get IP banned by Blizzard.

and blizzard very much CAN ip ban you... but they wont because they want the $$ from new accounts
