I never understand why people get all excited about seeing GM's ingame, you dont phone the customer support line and make a topic called "OH MY GOD I SPOKE TO BLIZZZZZZZARD!!!!".

Also, I cant get on the armory from college so I cant check, but did you try searching for those characters to check if they were players?
