[Rate] - My new sig/ Tried something new!

I tried a more complicated signature this time with the use of shapes and brushes. Along with clipping masks and other tools. This is my most advance signature so far and I wanted to see how you guys liked it!

    Give it a X/10 - Shiny

I Hope it's better than my previous work. Oh and as a plus I didn't go step for step in the tutorial! I added my own personal flare!

Its sharpened to much. And the render looks like its stretched out a little. Other that that its good.

It was sort of meant to be sharpened a little too much, but thanks for the input. Yeah the render might have been a tiny bit stretched.

More work doesn't have to mean a better result. It feels like the render is hard to spot since it just floats together with the background because everything is so pixely. I'd have to agree, too sharp. Still very nice! 6/10.

Yeah the problem really was that I used a render that was extremely pixely. Basically it was already sharpened and I sharpened more. I know that the render blends with the background, but people complained my renders before didn't blend enough .

Haha, well it's good that they blend, but they shall blend in the correct way... Preferably some smooth way - smudge for example.

I usually select the render and feather the edges to make it sort of fade into the background more. I feel it helps, but yeah the original render was already sketchy, so It didn't help :S

kwl looks better but i agree with everyone else way to pixely, just because your previous renders didn't blend with the background it doesn't mean you should pixelate the render and background to make them match, because in a way it would be better to leave them un blended as over pixelated is probably worse. try make them blend by brushing a bit a bit round the sides and picking colours from the render, or using a clipping mask.

nice use of the lighting aswell, but try not to use it too much so as the sig doesn't look too bright, its good in moderation (also your lighting doesn't appear to 'fade' into the distance, try feather the edges a bit more or something)

regarding you not knowing how to install brushes go on photoshop, select the brush tool, then where it has the 'brush' theres a drop down tab, click it, the in this drop down tab theres a symbol thats an arrow pointing right, click it. in this new tab click load brushes, then select your destination.

    hope that helps.
