i kinda went for a army/camo kinda feel on the text and background.

I'ts a nice picture you got there, but the background has really low resolution, but +Rep for the effort

How do you make the text go on a different angle?

once you have written the text select it with the pointer tool then press CTRL + T. it selects the text allowing you to resize it. the go to a side around the text and a curved arrow should appear. just click and rotate the text to the angle you want
