finding a professional designer for what im about to ask will range from 300-450 euros, hence the reason im looking for an amateur designer with the same quality, saves me a lot of money and its some easy money for the one that is willing to produce the graphics.

req:

photoshop exp, especially with color corrections and text design
a creative mind, i have a concept, but showing off with ideas is a +
