What I need to know:

Name of Item: (Your name)
Color of name:

Equip (Y/N):
If so, what do you want the equip to say?

Chance on Hit (Y/N):
If so, what do you want it to be?

Type: (Mace, Sword, None, Fist, Neck)

Inscription (Y/N):
If so, what do you want it to read?
