Minecraft server banner request (.gif required)

I'm looking for someone to create a nice advertising banner for our server. I'd gladly give whoever does this a ++rep and will vouch. If your into minecraft then you could come check out our server for a reward in-game if that appeals to you.

Anyways I'd like it to look a lot like this banner

Same format but with the follwing text in the following areas.
Where the website is at on the banner I'd like it replaced with this one: www.JackoCraft.co.uk
Where the IP is listed I'd like this in that spot: IP: 173.208.232.198
In the upper middle area where the big text is flashing I'd like the following text there in the same flashing manor: Factions, Griefing, PvP, Mob Arenas, 24/7 No Lagg, PvP Arenas, MCMMO, Raiding

The color scheme isn't that important to me as long as it is flashly and gathers a persons attention.
Also having it be a .gif is a must
You can also put a small signature on the top left part of the banner if you'd like.
