[Request] Need Guild Banner

Hey MMOwned Community! I've been checking this site since vanilla, rarely have I posted though. Anyways I was wondering if some thoughtful designer would be willing to help me out. I want to come up with a sick guild banner for our new website.

The current guild banner is really lame <here>

I was hoping that someone could put something together that would be better than that. Honestly Anything would be better haha. I want to leave much of the design up to the artist. I have one request that our guild name and realm be put somewhere on the banner. Our guild name is <Valen> and we are located on the realm Executus, Alliance.

Some helpful ideas maybe?
-I've always like the netherstorm background so here is a picture <here>
-I like tier 3 hunters and paladins but not every race or class has to be depicted.

How's this? I took a somewhat minimalist approach to it and just put your guild, server, and faction in a nice font and color over the picture you said you like.
