[need gfx guys]For a banner

I am looking for some graphic experts to create a banner for me. This banner will be printed out in fabric IRL so I want it to look good.
Logo Width 242,5 CM
Height 76,2 cm

The text on the logo: altid med jer - altid bag jer <- play with it, perhaps all capped letters looks better. It means "Always with you - Always behind you" in case you are interested.
Colors: light blue, white and Black

Our logo should be included if it could look ok! NOT the logo in the middle of the shirt, since we do NOT use that..
You have free hands, make something that looks cool, but doesn't go overboard - since this is for the stands in the hockey arenas.!

Hard to work with a such low resolution logo, compared to everything else. But I gave it a go.
