I like the first one you made, its got a nice connection between the colour's and the city outline graphic

I like the first one, but you have got to lose the .jpg ! Rather use .png !

Actually, it doesn't matter. JPG = less size. PNG = quality, yes, but at this size good luck spotting a difference between a max quality .jpg and .png You basically get the same quality at a smaller size using .jpg.
