Did this for a friend, on a scale of 1-10, how real would you say it would look to someone who doesn't really know much about picture editting? Anything I need to change?

but turn down the brightness on the bright spots and add a bitta grain, or at least re-save the girl's face with more compression so it looks more like the rest

if you hadnt of said "photo manipulation" the brain would not go looking to exploit it...

Because you said photo manipulation and "does it look real" the brain will automatically point out all the faults. If you uploaded this to google and i searched it and it was labeled "Bieber and his Girlfriend" or somthing... nobody would notice so yes it does look real... But i agree it has false lighting and blurry... But if you hadnt told us it was fake i dont think we would of noticed.
