[Request] YouTube Thumbnail (Help!)

Hey guys, it's been a while since i've been on here, but my buddy AiM BoT, needs a thumbnail for his montage he's going to post on his youtube channel. Anyways he asked me. And if you could make one for him, it'd be awesome! Anyways, i'm going to be putting an image here that you could use some of the thumbnail for. The video he's uploading is for Call Of Duty Black Ops, it's his first montage, his clan is Darth Empire (DE) And if you could do the following to the thumbnail:
Text; Darth AiM BoT's Montage Episode 1
Subtext; Darth Empire (somewhere on the thumbnail)
Colors; whatever just use the image I put up here, for the image all you have to put on there is the kill feed (where he gets 4 kills).
