Hi, so i just tried to make a signature about my troll hunter... I need opinions and help on how to give some effects to the signature and other stuff. It was hard to for me to do this one (had to see guides xD) even that it is so basic for you guys.



I'm sorry for posting it here on my so early experience but i've always heard that ''we have to learn with the best'' ^^.

All flaming/tips are welcome.

The background is too busy, and the troll sort of blends into the background. The sharp mark is too high, it looks really grainy.
It could use some editing of the color channels, maybe change the brightness/contrast on some parts.
Do some shading/blending and maybe a grunge effect considering it's a troll.
The text doesn't really work either.

So I just created a new one following a better guide but I don't know why (trying to get some help at this point), I get my render to have this horrible white line around it. Anyone that can help me please?

How do you remove the background from around your render?

Cut it out manually, simple. Magic wand is not the best tool on earth.

Well, just tried it another way, actually, used alot of tips from your guide SheEpYW0lf (going to give you +rep for that now) and I guess got much better results



Even following your guide I could not acomplish some steps since I'm new and I don't know what you are talking about when you refer to some kind of brushes / c4d (which is a brush as well right? :P).

By the way I enjoying creating that image (it took me the hell out of 2 hours) and it's exactily how I wanted it to be, even that it has a lot of light but it was my objective... Forget about the troll thingy :P
